Hostage Zaza Tavadze has been handed over to Georgia by the Ossetian party. He was in captivity in a Tskhinvali prison.
As a correspondent of InterPressNews informs, the hostage was handed over to the deputy head of Shida Kartli regional police Shalva Tramakidze, before the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism meeting.
The 55 year old Zaza Tavadze felt bad and refused to comment. The law enforcers made no comment as well on how Tavadze was detained and the time he spent in Tskhinvali.
